Fabian studied law at Bucerius Law School and has extensive experience in building businesses. He previously founded an award-winning recruitment agency. Together with his brother Jakob, he also founded a FinTech company with a team of around 40 people from all over the world, serving 100,000 customers. Over the years, he has studied and worked internationally and has always worked with international teams. He loves exploring the world and getting to know people and cultures.
With a degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen and experience in project management, Jakob leads our operations. After a career in investment banking, where he advised companies on large international transactions, he took on management roles in digital companies. In doing so, he has proven his skills in the conception, development and market launch of several products. Jakob has always lived and worked internationally, is also a keen amateur athlete and always on the lookout for the next challenge.

The couple studied and practised in England before setting up their own chain of hospitals in their native India, which now includes 21 hospitals specialising in oncology (ClearMedi). Over time, they have also set up their own nursing colleges and recruited for the English-speaking market (over 4,000 candidates). Together we are building on these successes and are now also training candidates for Germany.
