We take care of accommodation, logistics and meals. Our candidates are therefore 100% focused on learning the language, culture, life and work in Germany.
While German employers only get to know candidates once they have obtained their B2 certificate, our work begins much earlier. Once a candidate has been selected by an employer, we take care of the professional recognition, visa and relocation to Germany.
Recruiting is our job: we find suitable candidates with the skills and motivation to relocate to Germany in Charkos' own hospitals and nursing schools. We also use the full range of recruitment marketing tools, such as online marketing, local partnerships and career days across the country.
