Our nurses have at least an academic degree recognised in Germany, a licence to practise nursing in India and relevant work experience. They may also have additional qualifications such as a Master's degree or specialist training.

We believe in rigorous candidate selection. Our clients don't want to speculate on language skills and wait months or years for a candidate to actually arrive. They want candidates who can actually speak German. And they want these candidates to be available immediately.
All candidates presented by Charkos Europe passed at least the B2 level of German. They were also able to converse with us in German and showed that they could listen and speak well.
All candidates receive compulsory language training, including relevant specialist language, until they leave the country. Their German will improve, not deteriorate, once they have been accepted for employment.
All candidates will be presented with complete and verified documents for professional recognition, visa and relocation. If they are not ready, they will not be presented.
We do not require you to pay for contingents of candidates in advance. Placement fees are only due once candidates have been successfully interviewed and individually selected.
Accommodation, logistics and meals are taken care of – 100% focus on language, culture, training for life and work in Germany. Our language schools offer classrooms for thousands of candidates each year as well as replica hospital beds, a canteen, library, assembly hall, etc.
